Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

* Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of delivery. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days).

* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

* Important Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on discounted items are final.

* Processing:
* Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your return/exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Policy

* Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
